Happiness

What is happiness?
Is it that feeling,
That wells up,
And washes over us in waves?

Is it an object,
That we all want to find,
Yet,
Very few of us do?

Why do we all,
Seek this emotion?
Why can't we all,
Just stick with contentment?

Is happiness having,
Everything we have ever wanted,
Or may be only achieve happiness,
When we find it in simplicity?

Do you know where,
To find this magic,
That makes everything,
Alright again?

Do you know what happiness is?
Where it is?
Where is has come from?
How to achieve it?

Because I certainly don't.
